Refund Policy:

3. Late Delivery:

   • Even though we aim for "On-time Delivery," if we are unable to provide the services you have requested by the deadline and you have contacted us three times, you will receive a refund if you can show us with documentation that the company was to blame for the delay.

Refund Time Frame:

Refund requests have to be submitted 100 days after delivery. Thereafter, claims will not be taken into account. When placing an order, it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the refund deadline.

When a refund is not going to be given:
